Reviews
We had a brilliant night. The show was hilarious and really well done. Plenty of food and the cocktails delicious. The staff and actors were exceptional and made you feel part of the show. Highly recommend for a great night out!
The performers and servers made the atmosphere super lively and fun. The show was full of crude jokes and topics which we all loved! The performers looked like they had such a blast as they went which made it so much funnier.
Food portions and options were good. We all had the beef or chicken and they were well presented. A nice selection of cocktail flavours and multiple options for glassware. The cocktail flavours we had were super fruity and enjoyable.
At the start they went around asking if you’re celebrating something, if you don’t want to be interacted with during the show due to your anxiety, I’d say you’re not celebrating.
The only negative was the two taps in the women’s bathrooms that wouldn’t turn off on the night we went. It made the floor super wet and I did worry for those who were heavily drinking or were pregnant.
We had such a nice experience over all and would love to return next time they change their show routine. Thanks for a great night out!
What an epic night! It was our first time. The food was great and there were some nice cocktails to choose from.
The show was hilarious. I haven't laughed that much in a very long time. Definitely not for little people. The interaction between the actors on stage had us all on fits of laughter. You know when someone is snort laughing they are having as much fun as you.
Completely recommend.
First time experiencing this place this weekend. IT WAS AMAZING!!! From the moment you walk in that door, it's like you're in another world. The staff in character, the jokes, the witches who pick on you, the food, the drinks I literally have no complaints. Expecting service to go from 7-9pm we walked in at 6:30 and didn't walk out that door until 11pm. The show was amazing the way they interact with the customers/crowd is perfect. Lots of crude jokes and many Many laughs. The performers playing their characters so damn well.
I cannot wait to do it again. Wish it wasn't 2hrs away from me!
A hilarious night out with plenty of entertainment (some of it corny - but all funny!) with a nice, three course meal and good drinks.
I recently had a night out at Witches in Britches and it was quite an fun experience! The atmosphere was fantastic, set in a creepy castle with a scary walkthrough to get to the dining area of the restaurant, creating an exciting and spooky vibe.
The food was better than I anticipated with quite a few choices available. They had a massive selection of cocktails to choose from- fun, tasty and creatively crafted, although a bit pricey. The staff were actively attentive throughout the night, ensuring a pleasant dining experience- although I wish the plates were cleared much earlier.
The performances during the evening were humorous. The show, while not exceptional, had its moments with a few laughs, clever send-ups of 90s TV shows and some catchy songs. The actors appeared to be having fun, adlibbing and laughing and creating audience participation moments, which made the audience enjoy what they were doing too!
All in all, Witches in Britches offers a unique and enjoyable night out, combining nice food, spooky ambiance, and entertaining performances. If you're looking for a fun evening with a touch of nostalgia and a dash of spookiness, this place is worth a visit!
Wasn’t sure what to expect going in
Started off well. Was very difficult getting served at the bar. Just nowhere near enough staff.
The intro improv part of the show was really funny.
After the mains they then had the actual main part of the show which was scripted. The performers were great but to be honest some of the jokes weren’t funny at all and this got a bit more draining as the night went on.
It was a Christmas party and the team seemed to enjoy it.
The interior seemed very dated especially the bathrooms which were a bit grubby. Could do with a spring clean and some new sinks and taps etc.
Went with high expectations.
The greeting and ambiance were great.
Pre dinner drinks, photos then into the theatre area.
So far so good
And then the food
OK, but barely.
Followed by the show.
And this is where one is torn.
Had I consumed sufficient alcohol then I probably would have enjoyed it.
But I hadn't and so didn't.
It reminded me very much of amateur theatre
So here is the summary.
If your motivation is a party night out heavy drinking with a group then you will probably have a great time.
But if its primarily food and clever entertainment you seek then you may find yourself torn.
